Our Philosophy
DGoodwin Experiential, LLC exists not to be an individual and organizational development compass, but a map.
We do this by incorporating leadership and learning models and theories from multiple schools of thought and combining them with guided reflection, such as the T.H.I.N.K. Model, in a customized and collaborative approach.
By co-creating a map of opportunities with clients we're able to help identify all of the features of their situational landscape so they can choose the route that is the best fit for them at this point in time, rather than assign a fixed route that may not fit.
